What is Brain & Cognition?
Brain and Cognition contains a carefully selected group of nutrients to support brain health and cognition, including the following: Omega 3 DHA and EPA Fatty Acids, Pantothenic Acid, Iron, Zinc, Iodine, Iron, Vitamin C complex, Vitamin C, Thiamin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, B12, folic acid, B complex trio, L-Methyl folate, magnesium, acetyl carnitine, acetylcysteine, selenium, vitamin e, polyphenols, BioPerine and soluble organic materials.
Directions
Take one capsule and one softgel per day, preferably together, with a cold drink at meal times.
