What is Omega 3+?
The DHA and EPA fatty acids that make up omega 3 support many aspects of our general health, including the heart, brain and vision.
Although our bodies can make some of their own omega 3 fatty acids, we need to absorb most from our diets. That can be difficult for many of us because we don’t regularly eat enough food rich in omega 3, like trout, mackerel and sardines.
Our Omega 3+ supplement provides everything you need. Each capsule contains 100% anchovy oil, providing 400mg EPA and 300mg DHA, as well as 5mg of vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
The DHA and EPA in Omega 3 contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure3 and normal blood triglyceride levels.4 DHA also contributes to maintaining normal brain function and vision.5
Our anchovy oil is carefully sourced from the rich fishing grounds of the South Pacific Ocean to ensure it’s pure.
