What is Menopause Support?
As the body goes through the process of menopause its nutritional needs change significantly. Menopause Support has been formulated to meet these changing needs. Loss of bone density is a big risk in post-menopausal women, and it can lead to osteoporotic bone fractures so vitamin D, vitamin K2 and calcium have been added to support bone health.
The addition of vitamin A, biotin, vitamin C, selenium and zinc will support skin, hair and nails which can become dry and brittle during menopause. Key B vitamins (B1, B2, B3 and B6) have also been included to support normal energy levels.
As we age our ability to absorb nutrients can diminish, so BioPerine, a patented black pepper extract, has been added to improve absorption and support bioavailability.
Directions
Take two tablets per day with a cold drink at meal times.
