What is Iron+?

Iron deficiency occurs when the body doesn't have enough of the mineral iron. This leads to abnormally low levels of red blood cells.

Iron is a central nutrient for our health, contributing to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and oxygen transport in the body, as well as being essential for the brain and the immune system.

Although iron from vegetable sources is more abundant in the diet, it's less well absorbed than from meat. People on vegetarian and vegan diets are more likely to suffer from iron deficiency than omnivores.

Each Iron+ capsule provides a natural, highly absorbable iron supplement. It also contains methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12 that helps keep the body's nerve and blood cells healthy and contributes to normal energy levels. Iron+ is particularly suitable for vegans and those sensitive to inorganic iron formulations.


Take one capsule per day, in the morning or in the evening.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Does not contain gluten.

Does not contain lactose.

Non-GMO and does not contains soya.

Do not take Iron+ with coffee or tea as they contain tannins, which are known to affect iron absorption.

If you are taking antacid medication or antibiotics, leave at least 2 hours in between the medication and iron supplementation.
